attend, commence work and complete on
time?
We accept that many builders
may not perform as expected or to time.
Most
builders are active on site and all it takes is an
unexpected problem such as tree roots found during
excavation or a surveyor being late, to delay the
builder or worse still, for him not to turn up at
all.
A good builder will contact you, or at
least get the office to contact you to
re-schedule.
If they don't do that - don't
chase them - if they can't be reliable at this
stage what chance do you have when works get
started?
If our estimator cannot make his
appointment he or the office will always contact
you to re-schedule. |

How can I be sure the job will be
carried out to a good standard?
Ask
to see examples of other works that have been
carried out - we have no problem (as long as other
clients do not mind) giving examples of works,
take a drive past the various examples given and
if the past client has agreed, give them a call
and talk to them.
Problems do arise on any job
- It's how these problems are dealt with that
counts. Making sure the client was happy with the
finished product at all times. Also, it its
building works require local authority approval,
the building inspector will be checking at various
stages too.
