Northcote Road
We carried out guttering works, roof repairs and extensive external repairs
and minor repairs and decoration internally.
We had a limited time scale for this work and had to liaise with several
tenants for access to their flats, to repair a gutter leak in one flat and
to repair and decorate window frames and cills in all flats.
We have a long standing relationship with the managing agents who are happy
for us to have access into the flats without supervison, with the peace of
mind our men on site will make sure the property is secure at all times and
not left open or vulnerable when we leave!
Parking here was not fun though!
I think we had a few disgruntled traffic
wardens at the end of it!
