We carried out an extension and refurbishment to a basement flat.
This
included, under-pinning, drainage, new flat roof, extension of electrics and
plumbing, studwork, plastering, decorations.
The current owner is extending the flat to extend the kitchen and add a
conservatory.
The refurbishment includes kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, electrics, damp
proofing, supply and fit new windows and doors, decoration and flooring. The
front of the property was also being asphalted.
