The J&N building team consists of a variety of trades, many of whom have been with us for a great many years. Capable of performing any task required from the laying of footings to roof timbers.
Roofing
A recent addition to the family! We now have in-house roofers who can supply a first class service from replacing the odd slipped tile to a complete new roof. We also offer a service for asphalt and felt flat roofs.
Decorations
External or internal, our team of qualified decorators can offer advice on colour schemes and finishes.
Maintenance
Repairs to woodwork etc are essential to keeping your property, be it a tiny apartment or an office block, looking good. Our maintenance team are experts in repairs and redecorations both inside and out keeping your property looking well kept and cared for, a delight to live or work in!
Disabled Adaptations
Our team are experienced in providing access facilities, ramps, handrails etc. for the less able bodied, installers of bathing, showering and toilet facilities through to a complete new build for disabled living accommodation.
Loft Conversions
From a single play area to a complete living area including a bathroom, we can utilise the space that sits wasted in your roof area to your best advantage.
Commercial Works
Our team are experienced in working within all kinds of public environments, retail outlets, schools, town halls etc. Security and safety being paramount during such works.
Tiling
Our experienced tilers can work with any type of tile from Ceramic to Porcelain. This includes all works from preparing the floor to sealing the tiles.
Electrics
Our electrical engineers can follow plamn or help you determine your needs on site. All works are carried out to NICEIC standards.
Plumbing
Fixing a leak, fitting a kitchen or bathroom or fitting a whole new heating system with boiler - our guys can meet your neeeds, on hand for advice and guidance every step of the way. Corgi registered plumbers on board!
Rendering and Plastering
All plastering and rendering works both internally and externally.
