He aims to visit all running sites most days to ensure quality targets & time scales are being met. He keeps clients informed of progress and holds regular site meetings to keep on top of any issues.

KAY SHEARING

Kay ensures good cash flow by chasing late payments, issuing invoices, paying suppliers and sub contractors. She strives to keep overheads as low as possible to keep our prices competitive by sourcing new suppliers, negotiating rates with both them and existing suppliers. Kay makes sure we all comply with the CDM regulations and that legal requirements are met. Ensures that the office, sites, (and Steve!) run smoothly and efficiently. Has no qualms kicking back sides when required!

Donna believes honesty is the best policy and will not cover up any mistakes. She will listen to any customer problems and ensure they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. She believes information is the key! A great problem solver, she is highly resourceful. A quality roofer for 7 years with a good knowledge of working sites. Paul came on board as a foreman and tradesman and is now back at college training to qualify as a plumber. A good all-rounder, he keeps the boys well motivated and meets his targets on time!

Accounts & Book-keeping

Keeps all books up to date ensuring a steady cash flow throughout the business to assist smooth running and funding of the company. She soon transformed our mishap system into an efficient and well kept book keeping and account system. Stressed though she is, keeps us all in check, and now seen as part of the family and an integral part of the company.

The office staff are always available to them for back up should they need materials or equipment. This helps them maintain good attitudes and customer service. There is an excellent working relationship throughout the individuals within the company. This works well for all, creating an excellent working relationship throughout the company including respect for management and workers alike.
